Lawrence Codling

Lawrence Codling is an experienced professional in user experience design and customer experience management, currently serving as Head of CX ENOWA at NEOM since September 2021. Previously, Lawrence held significant roles such as Global Head of NPS & Customer Experience Governance at E.ON and User Experience Manager at Npower, where leadership of a team of UX practitioners and the development of UX strategies were key responsibilities. Lawrence's career also includes positions as UX Lead at RWE npower, UX Director at innogy SE, and Senior User Experience Designer at Imaginet Ltd and WPP, showcasing a strong background in user research, design direction, and stakeholder management. Lawrence holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Thames Valley University.
