Leonid Krotkikh is a seasoned contracts procurement manager currently overseeing procurement activities for the NEOM MEGA project at NEOM since November 2021. Previously, Leonid worked as a contracts expert at NPCC, where successful subcontract strategies were developed for major Gulf Region oil and gas projects. Leonid’s experience spans several roles, including contract management for the TANAP construction project at WorleyParsons, sourcing and negotiating contracts at LUKOIL, and managing contracts for the Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s expansion project. Additional expertise includes leading a construction contracts practice at Ost Legal and serving as head of legal at Domedco Investment Co., where substantial cost-saving strategies and compliance were achieved. Leonid holds a Master's degree in International Private and Business Law from the Russian School of Private Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from Far Eastern Federal University.
