Les H. is a creative and results-driven leader with a strong background in food and beverage management, having effectively launched numerous hotels and restaurants in the international market. They currently serve as the Operations Manager at NEOM, overseeing the opening of the Yacht Club Restaurant. Previously, Les worked in various roles, including Operations Manager at Awesome Foods, where they managed the opening of 13 restaurants, and held management positions at prestigious establishments like the Four Seasons and Marriott. Les holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Town.
