Maha Salem currently serves as the Experience and Activation Lead at NEOM since September 2023. Prior to this role, Maha held the position of Audience Outreach and Engagement Senior Specialist at the Ministry of Culture from September 2020 to August 2023. From April 2018 to July 2020, Maha was a Procurement Performance & Reporting Specialist and Procurement Officer at The Royal Commission for Al-Ula. Earlier experience includes roles as a Procurement Consultant for Tata Consultancy Services, specifically with Ma'aden Aluminium Company, and as a Process Associate in the supply chain management of Saudi Aramco. Maha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, earned between 2010 and 2016.
