Mandy Thomas is an experienced civil engineer and manager specializing in transport infrastructure and technical risk management. Currently serving as the Transport Infrastructure Manager at NEOM since February 2023, Mandy has previously held significant roles, including Technical Director at WSP from August 2020 to December 2022 and Programme Technical Risk Manager at Jacobs from March 2019 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Director at WSP in the Middle East, PMO Lead for the Qatar Rail Development Program at Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Manager of Structures, Geotechnical & Marine with the Department of Planning Transport and Infrastructure. Mandy began professional engineering career at Hyder Consulting, contributing to various significant bridge design and assessment projects from 1992 to 1999.
