Marcin Blaszynski is a seasoned design management professional with extensive experience in the architecture and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Design Development Manager - Hospitality at NEOM since May 2023, Marcin oversees the design optimization and coordination for hospitality assets from inception to delivery. Previous roles include Design Manager at WATERMASTER, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of design policies, stakeholder management, and adherence to quality standards, and Design Manager at York Design International, focusing on airport terminal planning and multidisciplinary team management.
