Mark Channon is an experienced Development Director at NEOM since February 2022, focusing on the development of sports and leisure assets for The LINE Proponent. Previously, Mark served as a Strategic Adviser for the Commonwealth Games 2022 with Birmingham City Council and held the position of CTO at Singapore Sports Hub, overseeing project finance and technical delivery of large-scale sports and entertainment facilities. Other notable roles include Interim Management at Skanska Infrastructure Development & Investment, Development Manager at Laing O'Rourke, Head of Operations at Lend Lease Europe Limited, and Head of Delivery & Programmes at the Olympic Delivery Authority. Mark's career began at Kellogg Brown and Root in programme management.
