Mark Emery

Mark Emery is a seasoned design manager and director with 30 years of experience in real estate development, specializing in large mixed-use master plan projects, particularly in the Middle East. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at NEOM, they oversee all design matters, including master planning and asset design. Previously, Emery held senior roles at various prominent organizations, including Fairview New Homes and Qatari Diar, where they managed notable projects worth billions of dollars. They have extensive expertise in sustainability and urban design principles, evidenced by their work on projects like the Diriyah Gate Master Plan and Al Widyan Project. Emery is pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Auckland and is also an AERB graduate from Southbank University.
