Matt Swan

Matt Swan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a PMO support for Land Mobility at NEOM and as Managing Director at Audacious Endeavours, Matt also lectures at the University of Sydney, co-leading projects in the School of Project Management. Previous roles include Director at IPMO Advisory AG, Head of Projects at the Children's Cancer Institute, and various consultancy positions, strongly contributing to significant health and educational projects. Matt's foundational experience includes project engineering at BHP Billiton and founding Wise Projects, with a focus on consultancy in project management and engineering. Matt is pursuing dual Master's degrees in Space Operations and Educational Psychology and holds a Master of Project Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
