Matteo Menconi is a Procurement and Supply Chain Leader currently serving as the Senior Manager for Procurement Excellence and Digital Transformation at NEOM. Previously, Matteo held the position of Senior Manager at Accenture, where they led transformative initiatives across procurement functions. As a co-founder of Happynest, Matteo successfully exited the startup in 2017.
