Matthew Phelan is an accomplished marketing and brand experience professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Brand Experience Manager for the NEOM Hotel Division since May 2023, Matthew has previously held significant roles such as Head of Marketing & Customer Experience at Laundy Hotels and various management positions at Solotel, including Digital & Customer Experience Manager.
