Moataz Ramadani

Moataz Ramadani serves as the Governance and Compliance Manager at NEOM since June 2023. Prior to this role, Moataz held positions at Health Holding Company from January 2021 to June 2023, including Risks Supervisor and Risks Specialist, where contributions included establishing a Board Risk Committee and developing risk management frameworks. Expertise in data analysis was demonstrated through the collection and visualization of health data using spreadsheets and Power BI, alongside the development of dashboards for decision-making. Previous experience includes serving as an Operational Analyst at Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital, focusing on the impact of hospital accreditation, and as a Senior Officer in Pricing Analysis at Bupa Arabia, where efficiency in pricing processes was enhanced. Moataz holds a Master’s in Health Management, Quality and Patient Safety from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor's in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Central Oklahoma.
