Mohab Khattab

Mohab Khattab is an accomplished legal and business professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the NEOM Legal Department since March 2025, Mohab oversees legal operations, transactions, and intellectual property matters. Prior experience includes acting as CEO of DWF Arabia RHQ and Group Head of Corporate Law for DWF in Saudi Arabia, where Mohab secured the first regional headquarters license for a legal services firm. As a founder of 1001 MEDIA Limited, Mohab produced documentary films aimed at promoting Arab culture. Additional roles include General Counsel at Dussur, where legal advisory for joint ventures was a focus, as well as positions with PayTabs Global, Building Bridges Film Festival, and the Professional Squash Association. Academic credentials include an MBA with a finance concentration from Georgetown University, an LLM from The George Washington University, a Juris Doctor from American University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California.
