Mohammad Alharkan

Mohammad Alharkan is a seasoned professional in architectural management with extensive experience across various roles in leading organizations. Currently, as the Master Plan Governance Manager at NEOM since February 2024, responsibilities include implementing efficient procedures to enhance productivity. Previous positions include Senior Manager at Parsons Corporation, managing project tasks for SEVEN’s entertainment complexes, and Lead Architect at Surbana Jurong Group, overseeing design processes in NEOM's Oxagon City. Alharkan's career also encompasses roles as Senior Architect at Parsons Corporation, Head of Architecture at Arabian Tal Construction, and lecturer in Architectural Engineering at the University of Business & Technology. Alharkan holds a Master of Architecture from Academy of Art University and a degree in Design Management from American University of Sharjah.
