Mubashir Malik

Mubashir Malik currently serves as the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Training & Communications and The GRC Academy at NEOM, overseeing a vast initiative across multiple sectors and regions, supported by a substantial investment from the Public Investment Fund of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to this role, Mubashir founded The Oxford Group, focusing on training and education for emerging leaders, and held significant positions in financial crime compliance training at Santander UK and Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. Mubashir's earlier experience includes leading global training initiatives at HSBC and managing communications at Petro Rabigh and Saudi Aramco. Mubashir holds a BSc in Economics, Finance & Management from Queen Mary University of London and additional qualifications from the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Cambridge.
