Nick Nadal

Nick Nadal is a Governance Advisor with extensive experience in international program development, marketing, public relations, and grants management, particularly in emerging markets. They previously held roles at the Center for International Private Enterprise and the Dubai International Financial Centre Authority, where they developed the first regional think tank on corporate governance and initiated significant programs in the Middle East and North Africa. They served as an advisor to the Government of Dubai and later as Vice President at the Hawkamah Institute for Corporate Governance. Currently, Nick serves as the Director of Governance and Controls at NEOM, continuing to influence corporate governance practices in the region. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
