Nick Peel

Nick Peel is an experienced leader in operations and property management, currently serving as Director of Operations and Property/Asset Management at NEOM since June 2023. With a diverse background, Nick has held significant roles including Independent Director for the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships and Board Director at Essential Edinburgh. Previously, Nick was the Managing Director at St James Quarter and Head of Estates and Asset Management at Battersea Power Station, overseeing large-scale mixed-use developments. Additional roles include Chairman at the lift agency and Icons.com, and CEO for Middle East & Africa at Marka Holding, where Nick led strategic growth in the retail sector. Nick's earlier experience includes a tenure as UK Operations Director at McArthurGlen Group and Retail Director at Arsenal F.C. An educated professional, Nick has qualifications from St. Mirin’s Academy in Scotland and a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
