Nouf Augaish

Nouf Augaish has a diverse background in human resources and corporate services, currently serving as the Head of Business Support and Corporate Services at NEOM since July 2020. Prior roles include Performance, Rewards and OD Manager and HR Business Partner at NEOM, as well as Regional Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at A.P. Moller - Maersk between March 2018 and August 2019. Nouf's experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Raytheon from December 2014 to March 2018, and starting a career as a Customer Service Representative at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB in 2014. Nouf holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Business & Technology, completed between 2013 and 2015.
