Paul Baker

Paul Baker is an accomplished professional in the corrections and rehabilitation sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Corrections at NEOM since November 2023, Baker also holds the position of Non Executive Director at The Arukah Project. Prior roles include Governor of Parklea Correctional Centre at MTC from April 2019 to January 2023 and Deputy Director of Communities at MTCnovo Ltd. Baker's previous experience at Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service includes roles as Director for London and Thames Valley Prisons and Deputy Director of Custody for East Midlands, overseeing significant budgets and staff. Additional roles include Deputy Director of Custody for Yorkshire and Humberside at the National Offender Management Service and Governor positions at HMP Leeds and HMP Norwich. Baker holds a BSc Hons in Social Psychology from Loughborough University.
