Paul Devlin

Paul Devlin has over three decades of experience in marine operations and leadership roles, including significant positions at the UK Ministry of Defence as a Senior Marine Pilot/Check Pilot from 2011 to 2021 and at the Royal Fleet Auxiliary in various capacities from Chief Officer to Executive Officer. Devlin has served as Head of Marine/Nautical and Shiphandling Instructor for Marine Pilots at BAE Systems SDT & National Maritime Academy and has contributed as a Maritime Consultant at Stream Marine Training and City of Glasgow College. Currently, Devlin holds the position of Harbour Master at Port of NEOM. Academic credentials include a Class 1 Master Mariner Unlimited from City of Glasgow College and advanced qualifications from Lloyd's Maritime Academy and King's College London, with ongoing studies in International Maritime Law at the World Maritime University.
