Paul Devlin has over three decades of experience in marine operations and leadership roles, including significant positions at the UK Ministry of Defence as a Senior Marine Pilot/Check Pilot from 2011 to 2021 and at the Royal Fleet Auxiliary in various capacities from Chief Officer to Executive Officer.
