Paul Fanning

Paul Fanning is an experienced Development Manager currently leading the Residential Real Estate strategy for THE LINE at NEOM, focusing on creating a sustainable, car-free city powered by 100% renewable energy. Previously at Greystar Europe, Paul managed several high-profile Build-To-Rent projects, including the world’s tallest volumetric modular tower at Ten Degrees Croydon and various significant developments across London. As Head of Delivery at Red Door Ventures Ltd, oversight of a pipeline exceeding 1,000 Build-To-Rent units was part of the role. Earlier experience includes project management positions at Patterson Homes, Arcadis, AECOM, and Dyer, after initial training as an architectural assistant. Paul holds an MSc in Project & Enterprise Management from UCL and a BSc (Hons) in Architecture from Queen's University Belfast.
