Paul Marshall serves as the Head of the NEOM Nature Reserve since January 2019, contributing to the groundbreaking NEOM project, which aims to support Saudi Arabia's 2030 Vision through innovative sustainability practices. In addition to this role, Paul Marshall holds an Adjunct Professorship at James Cook University. Prior experience includes leading Reef Ecologic as Managing Director and serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Queensland from June 2014 to January 2019. Paul Marshall has an extensive background with the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority from 2000 to 2014, where responsibilities spanned various leadership roles related to climate change and research.
