Paul Norris

Paul Norris is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Advisory at NEOM, Paul plays a vital role in developing the world's largest sustainable infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia, focusing on clean energy, water, and green hydrogen. Paul has previously held key positions, including Director at Carew & Bennett Consulting and Chief Investment Officer at Caspian Pacific Group, where efforts were directed towards Africa's renewable energy initiatives. Additional roles include Executive Director at Ajlan & Bros Holding, Investment Director at the Scottish National Investment Bank, and Head of Infrastructure & Alternative Finance at the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance. Paul Norris holds an MSc in Mineral Project Appraisal from Imperial College London and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Geology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
