Paul Sullivan is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as Senior Environmental Manager at NEOM since October 2023. Prior to this role, Paul was Environmental Lead for Inchcape Offshore Windfarm from January to September 2023 and Environmental Manager for Formosa 2 Offshore Windfarm from March 2019 to April 2023. Paul’s extensive background includes positions as Environmental Advisor at EDF Renewable Energy, Construction Environmental Advisor for the EAONE Offshore Wind Project, and Environmental Project Manager as a self-employed consultant.
