Pedro Serra

Pedro Serra is an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager currently at NEOM since July 2022. Previously, Pedro served as a Senior Technical Manager at ITINERA SPA, where notable projects included the STORSTRØMSBROEN BRIDGE in Denmark with a total contract value of USD 245M. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Arabtec Construction LLC, overseeing the Damac Vera and Reva Towers project, and Engineering Manager at Rizzani de Eccher, managing the Red Line North Elevated Metro project in Doha, valued at USD 609M. Additional experience spans positions at Ats Group Abu Dhabi and Atkins, where Pedro contributed to various significant infrastructure projects including the Dubai Metro. Pedro began a career as a Design Engineer at Benaim in London. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Concrete Structures from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree with honors in Civil Engineering.
