Peter Killiard - MCIPS

Peter Killiard is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) and serves as the Acting Commercial Director for Tech & Digital at TONOMUS, part of Saudi Arabia’s ambitious NEOM project. Currently leading procurement efforts in renewable energy, Peter manages an annual spend of $1-2 billion across various sectors while also overseeing a diverse team of strategic buyers and category managers. With extensive past experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations across multiple industries, Peter has driven significant cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives in roles at SSE plc, C&C Group, and Scotland Excel. Prior to their current position, Peter excelled as a Management Consultant in renewable energy procurement for ENOWA at NEOM and has a proven track record of managing high-value contracts and fostering strong supplier relationships.
