Phil Jones

Phil Jones is an experienced Principal HSE Consultant currently with Saudi Electricity Company since July 2021, leading projects focused on process safety and asset integrity. Previously, Phil served as a Principal Consultant at JGPC LIMITED, contributing to the Jazan Gas Development Project, and held roles at LUKOIL, Abu Dhabi Gas Development Co. Ltd., Agip KCO, Borealis, Procter and Gamble, Chemviron Carbon, and Snamprogetti, with extensive expertise in process safety, engineering design, and HSE management across various sectors. Phil holds a BSc Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from Teesside Polytechnic, complemented by a solid foundation in safety engineering from early career roles at AMEC.
