Raghad is currently a Project Engineer at ENOWA and NEOM, focusing on advancing renewable energy solutions. With a foundational degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Fahad Bin Sultan University, Raghad actively participates in initiatives supporting sustainable practices and the development of renewable energy. As a scholarship holder at both ENOWA and NEOM, Raghad also engages as a member of Women and Energy, emphasizing collaboration and impactful project leadership. Raghad's past experience includes roles as a marketing club president and an intern at KAUST, where they gained valuable skills in transmission system design and optimization.
