Rahma Helal possesses extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) roles across various organizations. Rahma began as a Health and Safety Inspector at a maternity and children's hospital in Dammam in June 2019 before transitioning to Setcore Petroleum Services as an HSE Officer from November 2020 to June 2022. Following this position, Rahma joined Bechtel Corporation as an HSE Inspector from August 2022 to October 2024.
