Ramses Khalil

Ramses Khalil currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Khalil Consulting since July 2024 and is also a Project Specialist at NEOM since September 2019. Additionally, Ramses has held the position of Global Sales Marketing Director at Worley since July 2018 and previously worked as a Project Specialist at Saudi Electricity Company from April 2016 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Specialist at Ontario Power Generation from January 2013 to March 2016 and Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Worley from August 2004 to December 2012. The career began at Bechtel Corporation as a Project Manager from August 1990 to August 2004. Ramses Khalil holds a Postgraduate Degree in Engineering Process Controls from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from The American University in Cairo, and an MBA in Engineering Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
