Richard Marsh

Richard Marsh currently serves as the Director of Talent Academy at NEOM, focusing on innovative workforce development since January 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Apprenticeship Director at Kaplan, where responsibilities included managing a high-quality Apprenticeship service for the Accountancy and Professional service sectors from October 2016 to January 2022. Richard's experience also includes serving as Operations Director for Learning and Development at Capita Talent Partnerships, overseeing learning programs from May 2014 to October 2016. Earlier in Richard's career, roles included Policy & Programme Director in the UK Civil Service, where contributions were made to the English Apprenticeship programme, as well as Training Manager at Volkswagen Group, ensuring cohesive learning across European operations. Additionally, Richard worked as a Training Officer at Vodafone UK, delivering comprehensive training and held a position in sales training at Seligo UK. Richard is CIPD qualified.
