Richard Scott has extensive experience in property development and management, currently serving as Development Lead for TROJENA at NEOM since 2022. Previously, Richard owned WG Projects from 2020 to 2022 and held interim roles as Development Director at Arup and Property Director at Liberty House Group. Additional experience includes heading the Property department at Burhill Group Limited and Liberty House Group, as well as working as Regional Manager for Design & Construction at Halliburton. Prior positions include Senior Development Manager at ALDAR Properties PJSC, Development Manager at Emaar Properties PJSC, and Associate Director at Drivers Jonas. Richard holds a BSc(Hons) in Property Valuation & Finance from Cass Business School and has a background in military training from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Richard is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
