Rick Stubbs is a seasoned Chartered Professional in civil infrastructure development, specializing in city-wide utility and mobility systems. With over 35 years of experience, including more than 20 years in the Middle East, Rick has delivered projects valued at over US$ 2 billion. Rick held various senior project management roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 2012 to 2017, served as the Director of Infrastructure Development at Amber Initiative from 2018 to 2022, and was a Project Director and Business Development Manager at KEO International Consultants from 2009 to 2012. Currently, Rick serves as the Senior Infrastructure Manager at NEOM and holds an MBA in Business Administration from Henley Management College, as well as a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Greenwich.
