Rickard Ternblom

Rickard Ternblom is a seasoned professional in the maritime and water mobility sectors, currently serving as the Head of Water Mobility (Director) at NEOM since January 2023, where responsibilities include developing sustainable water mobility services along a 650 km coastline. Prior to this role, Rickard held various leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Route Director at Fjord Line AS from April 2014 to December 2020, and General Manager at Stena AB from March 2013 to April 2014. Additional experience includes a significant tenure at Stena Line from 1998 to 2013, where multiple roles such as Route Director and Business Controller were undertaken. Since January 2021, Rickard has also been providing management consulting and advisory services through Potere Consultancy.
