Rubee Parthipan

Rubee Parthipan is currently the Development PMO Manager at Oxagon, NEOM, and serves as the Reporting Lead. With over six years of financial experience in both public and private sectors, Rubee has contributed to high-profile transformation projects, including Crossrail, London City Airport, and High Speed 2. Previously, Rubee worked as a Senior Associate at PwC UK and held various roles at Bechtel Ltd, including General Ledger Accountant and Cost Engineer. Rubee earned a degree from Buckinghamshire New University between 2010 and 2013.
