Scott Stewart is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in senior management roles within the civil engineering sector. Currently serving as the Senior Geotechnical Manager at NEOM since January 2022, Scott has previously held key positions as the Director of Civil and Geotechnical Engineering for Jensen Hughes and the Head of Section for Ground Engineering at COWI, where notable projects included the Dubai Deep Stormwater Project and contributions to the Dubai Railway Protection Code of Practice. With a strong focus on business development, technical oversight, and strategic planning, Scott has been instrumental in the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects across the Middle East, including the King Abdul Aziz Road in Makkah and various components of the Dubai Metro. Scott holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury, as well as an MBA from The University of Manchester.
