Sean Keaton serves as the Head of Legal for the NEOM Interim Authority, leading the legal team in establishing the regulatory framework for the NEOM project. Additionally, Sean holds the position of Legal Director at the Surrey Cricket Foundation and is a Board Trustee and Chairperson for the Surrey Junior Cricket Championship. Sean is also a Trustee at the London Youth Sports Trust, contributing to the establishment of sports facilities for underserved communities in inner London, and at the Southwark Community Sports Trust, providing sporting resources for South London clubs. Previous experience includes a Director role at Sustainable Technologies Limited and over 18 years at Milbank LLP as a Partner, along with roles at Clifford Chance, Allens Arthur Robinson, and Blake Dawson. Sean earned an LLB/BCOMM in Law and Commerce from The Australian National University.
