Seth W. is an experienced development director currently serving as the Development Director for The Line Proponent at NEOM since September 2022. Previous roles include Co-President of Projects at Sinobo Group, overseeing mixed-use leisure and vacation property development in connection with the 2022 Winter Olympics, and Vice President of Project Development for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. Additional leadership positions include Vice President of Operations at CR Institute, Executive Vice President at PT MNC LAND Tbk and Zhonghong Holdings Group, and General Manager at Dalian Wanda Group. Seth W.'s career spans extensive experience in project management, operations, and development across the tourism and leisure industry, supported by an EMBA from National Sun Yat-Sen University and a BFA from Taipei National University of the Arts.
