Shaun Reed

Shaun Reed is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of FP&A at NEOM since April 2023. Prior to this, Shaun held positions including Finance Director - EMEA at Electro Rent and VP Finance - EMEA at Toll Group, where responsibilities included providing financial and commercial leadership and driving organizational change. Shaun's extensive background includes significant roles at Worley, where responsibilities encompassed financial leadership during major mergers and acquisitions, and at Pangea, as Chief Financial Officer, developing growth strategies. Shaun also has experience in managing large teams and complex projects, including the consolidation of 35 entities at London General Holding and multi-million-dollar projects with Transend Worldwide. Educational credentials include a Chartered Accountant designation from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University Kwa-Zulu Natal.
