Simon Hall

Simon Hall is a Development Director at NEOM, currently leading the development of the Magna South region. With over 20 years of experience in the UK and international real estate industry, Simon has held various leadership roles, including Development PMO Director at Alrajhi Investment and Head of Preconstruction at Alargan Projects. In past positions, Simon also served as Project Director for Hill International and as Development Director for the Misk Schools project in Riyadh. Simon holds Bachelor's degrees from both the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the University of Kent.
