Stanley Slater

Stanley Slater is a seasoned procurement and contracts specialist with extensive experience in various sectors, including engineering, energy, and construction. Currently consulting on the NEOM Project as a Procurement and Contracts Specialist since May 2018, Stanley has a strong background in compiling procurement procedures and managing contract reviews. Previous roles include Procurement Manager and Contract Administration Manager at Qatar Railways Company, and Procurement Manager at Mott MacDonald South Africa, where involvement in large-scale projects such as the Ore Line Capital Expansion and Madagascar Mineral Sands Expansion projects was notable. Stanley holds an Advanced Diploma in Purchasing & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and a BSc in Construction Management from the University of Pretoria.
