Stefania Rios

Stefania Rios is a seasoned professional in project control and commercial management, currently serving as Commercial Manager at NEOM within the Engineering & Technical Services Department since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Cost Controller and Cost Controller at TTSJV, contributing to the Bapco Modernization Program in Bahrain from July 2019 to April 2022. Stefania's career also spans multiple project control engineering positions at Sepam Middle East, Sepam Group Limited, Sepam Qatar, and Sepam Colombia, with a strong focus on significant infrastructure projects such as the NDIA Project and the REFICAR Expansion Project. Stefania holds an MBA from IE Business School and has specialized education in finance from the Irish Management Institute, along with a degree in Civil Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito.
