Stelios Arakas serves as the Group Executive Chef at NEOM since February 2024, contributing to the Food & Beverage Development Team and focusing on innovative and sustainable culinary initiatives. Prior to this, Stelios held the position of Executive Chef at Beefbar Global from February 2022 to February 2024, recognized as the Best Steak House in KSA 2023, and played a key role in establishing the luxurious atmosphere of the restaurant. Stelios also served as Executive Chef at Bagatelle KSA from January 2021 to January 2022, overseeing the pre-opening of luxury French dining establishments. Further experience includes serving as Head Chef at The Social Company from December 2019 to August 2020 and as Group Executive Chef during the Riyadh Season, managing restaurant openings in Saudi Arabia. Stelios is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Derby, having previously studied at Ritz Escoffier Paris.
