Stephen Hipkins

Stephen Hipkins is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in project and design management. Currently serving as Design Director at NEOM since January 2020, Stephen previously held the position of Director at the Diriyah Gate Development Authority from June to December 2019. With a strong background in large-scale projects, Stephen was Head of Projects at Cebra Architecture and Senior Project & Design Manager at WS ATKINS & PARTNERS OVERSEAS, where responsibilities included managing the design and technical aspects of master plans for significant developments. Earlier, Stephen contributed as Senior Project and Design Manager at Maen Arabia, focusing on the King Abdullah Financial District. Educational credentials include degrees from KAUST and Boston University, enhancing Stephen's expertise in the field.
