Syed Qadri

Syed Qadri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management, stakeholder engagement, and financial planning across significant governmental and organizational roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Projects Officer at NEOM since July 2023, Syed Qadri provides vital advisory support and stakeholder management while implementing strategic processes. Previously, Syed held multiple senior positions at the UK Ministry of Defence, including Deputy Head of Strategic Programmes and Chief of Staff to the Deputy Chief of Defence Staff, overseeing various functions such as business planning and finance. In addition, Syed has a substantial background in corporate services within the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, where leadership of a diverse team reinforced operational efficiency. Syed Qadri holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Birmingham and has a strong educational foundation in business economics.
