Tara David

Tara David currently serves as the Manager of Strategy & Planning for the Health, Wellbeing & Biotech Sector at NEOM, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Tara accumulated extensive experience at Deloitte from August 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Generative AI Office and serving as Chief of Staff, as well as positions in artificial intelligence, data, and Web3 strategy. Tara's earlier career includes strategic roles at FinDev Canada, where involvement was crucial in establishing Canada’s Development Finance Institution, and various internships across government departments, including Global Affairs Canada and the Library of Parliament. Tara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, earned between 2014 and 2019.
