Ted Rohr, PhD, is a leader in research governance, risk, and culture, with extensive experience in developing novel governance frameworks and policies at both national and international levels. Currently serving as the Head of Research Oversight & Governance at NEOM, Ted is responsible for establishing research governance and integrity policies. Previously, as Director of Research Ethics & Compliance Support at UNSW, Ted built a Clinical Trials Governance Unit and led initiatives on export controls and research integrity. Ted earned a B.Sc.(Hons) and PhD in Evolutionary Biology from La Trobe University, where their research focused on evolutionary ecology.
