Thamer Alshareef

Thamer Alshareef is a seasoned risk management senior executive with over 15 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance at SNB and Al Rajhi Bank. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at NEOM, Thamer previously held the role of Senior Director – Head of Operational Risk Management at Al Rajhi Bank. Thamer has also contributed as a Member of the Saudi Leadership Society and completed the Misk 2030 Leaders Program. Thamer continues to pursue a Master of Science in Engineering Management at Brunel University London and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University.
