Thomas McKay

Thomas McKay is an experienced leader in operations, property, and asset management technology. Currently serving as the Director of Operations, Property, and Asset Management Platforms at NEOM since May 2023, McKay focuses on integrating technology solutions to streamline management processes. Prior to this role, McKay held multiple leadership positions at JLL Technologies, including Senior Director for Real Estate and Facilities Management Technologies in the Asia Pacific and Head of South Asia & India. McKay also contributed to CoreNet Global as an MCR Faculty member, educating on Corporate Real Estate Technology, and led integrated workplace management systems at Excitech Ltd, managing various teams and business strategies.
