Tom O'Neill

Tom O'Neill currently serves as the Director of IT Service Delivery and Operations at NEOM, overseeing IT operations for 17,000 users and developing disaster recovery plans. With a strong background in program management, Tom previously held roles as Program Director at QBuild and eHealth NSW, where significant improvements in system efficiency and stakeholder communication were achieved. As Interim CEO of Commsync, Tom led a transformative reorganization amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience includes senior positions in Queensland Health, Leukaemia Foundation, and Queensland DET, focusing on strategic planning, procurement frameworks, and the delivery of government ICT initiatives. Tom is pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management at Southern Cross University.
